Transparent cost guidance for online-first medical care in Okinawa
At Oki Health, we use an online-first approach to help international patients avoid unnecessary clinic visits, tests, and procedures whenever medically appropriate.
Our goal is to make costs as transparent as possible and help patients choose the most appropriate level of care before visiting the clinic.
Many concerns can start with an online consultation. If in-person care, testing, wound care, sutures, biopsy, minor procedures, or referral support is needed, the doctor will explain the next steps and any additional fees before proceeding.

Online consultations can help reduce unnecessary in-person visits and help patients understand the likely next steps before paying for clinic-based care.
Online-first credit policy
If you start with an online consultation and the doctor recommends an in-person visit, the ¥20,000 online consultation fee is fully credited toward your in-person consultation fee. You only pay the in-person fee — the online consultation is effectively free.
