Attend a secure video consultation with an Oki Health physician.
Receive Your Treatment Plan
The physician will determine whether medication is appropriate and discuss the dose, monitoring plan, and follow-up schedule.
Arrange Home Delivery
If medication is prescribed and available, refrigerated home delivery may be arranged after payment and delivery confirmation.
Some patients may require laboratory testing or an in-person examination before starting or continuing treatment.

The follow-up consultation uses a dedicated program price — it does not use the general ¥20,000 Telehealth base fee.

Oki Health Check-Up Patient Benefit
Patients who completed an eligible Oki Health Basic Health Check-Up within the previous 12 months may receive a ¥7,500 credit toward one Initial Online Weight Management Consultation (e.g. ¥15,000 → ¥7,500). The discount is not guaranteed until eligibility is verified.

Medication availability and final dosage are subject to physician evaluation, medical appropriateness, and stock confirmation. The displayed dose is not automatically available to every patient.
Consultation fees, laboratory testing, and refrigerated shipping are charged separately. Medication is not discounted for Oki Health Check-Up patients. Prices are not automatically adjusted using daily exchange rates.

Follow-Up
Ongoing Medical Follow-Up
Weight-management treatment is monitored over time. Follow-up consultations let your physician review how you are responding, check for side effects, and decide whether to continue, adjust, pause, or stop treatment. Medication continuation and dose increases are not automatic — every change is a medical decision made for your safety.
Skipping follow-ups can delay detection of side effects or loss of effectiveness. If you experience significant or worsening symptoms between appointments, contact Oki Health or seek appropriate medical care.

Follow-up appointments are available only to existing program patients. The scheduled daytime follow-up fee is ¥7,500 (a dedicated program price — not the general Telehealth base fee); timing fees may apply.

Refrigerated Home Delivery
If medication is prescribed, available, and approved for delivery, refrigerated home delivery may be arranged after the consultation. Delivery timing and availability are not guaranteed and may depend on stock, location, and courier conditions.
