What We Can Do

What We Cannot Do
Online consultation is a physician consultation only. It does not include physical examination, testing, imaging, procedures, vaccinations, or clinic-dispensed medication. A prescription is not guaranteed and will be issued only when medically appropriate.
Base Consultation Fee
Consultation fee
¥20,000–¥30,000
Weekday day ¥20,000 / weekday night ¥25,000 / weekend day ¥25,000 / weekend night ¥30,000. Prescription support is +¥5,000 and medical documents are +¥10,000 when needed.
Additional Fees
After examination, the following additional fees may apply based on the physician's evaluation.
- Rapid tests, urine test
- Wound care, sutures, minor procedures

Yes. We offer online consultations for select conditions. During online check-in, you can describe your symptoms and upload photos or documents. Our team will determine if an online visit is appropriate or if an in-person visit is recommended.

In most cases, yes. We prioritize same-day availability for urgent care needs. Book online for the fastest scheduling experience, or contact us via WhatsApp for immediate assistance.
Do I need a referral to be seen?
No referral is needed for primary or urgent care visits. If you need specialty care, we can help coordinate referrals when appropriate.
